Server logs at Cloudflare

Cloudflare, Inc. serves these pages. With each request its machines receive your IP address, the requested address, a timestamp, the browser and device type, plus a guess at your country and, for the US, your state. That location guess also decides whether a short age-check notice appears at the top. Our sole uses for these logs are uptime and fighting abuse. The age answer in your browser

Clicking yes on the age question writes a single local-storage entry named tb.rated18 into your browser. Its only job is to remember your yes, so the age check does not reappear on every page. Inside is the click time, nothing more. After 30 days the page counts it as expired, deletes it and asks once more. The entry stays on your device, we never receive it, and wiping the site data for camtocamjerkoff.com deletes it sooner. Since this one entry is strictly needed for the age question and nothing else is stored, there is no cookie banner here.

Messages from the form

A message sent via the Contact Form is saved along with the chosen reason and, if supplied, your reply address. Storage is a key-value database in the Cloudflare account that runs this site, without any outside form tool, mailing service or captcha vendor. We open messages to reply and to deal with privacy or copyright matters. Twelve months after arrival each message expires by itself; ask, and it goes sooner.

The partner site ImLive

No chat runs on camtocamjerkoff.com, so while you read, your browser talks to no chat company at all. Each start button opens ImLive, a live webcam service of an independent company, in a fresh tab. Only that click connects your browser to ImLive, which then receives your IP address, details about your device and whatever you later share on its site. ImLive is a controller in its own right under its own privacy policy and terms, may set cookies of its own and handles any sign-up or payment; none of your images, sound or messages ever reach us.

Partner links

Start buttons first call this site's own address /cam, which hands you on to the partner network. That link includes a partner code: this domain's name plus a device label – iphone, android or desktop – worked out on our side from the user-agent header of the click. With it the partner network can pay this site a commission; it identifies nothing about you. After clicking, the destination site's privacy and payment rules govern what happens.

Your rights

On request we tell you what we keep about you, fix it, delete it or stop using it. Californians have these rights through the CCPA, amended by the CPRA; comparable rights apply in further US states, the EU and the UK. This site does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising based on your activity across other sites; exercising a right will cost you nothing with us. Use the Contact Form for requests; replies arrive within 45 days.

Under-18s

camtocamjerkoff.com is off limits below the age of 18, and we never knowingly collect data about minors. A note to us that came from someone under 18 gets wiped as soon as anyone flags it.
